Shipping, local delivery and pickup

Soooks lets you set where you deliver and what it costs — shipping zones with flat, free, price-based or weight-based rates — plus local delivery, in-store pickup and delivery estimates that customers see at checkout.

Shipping rates

• Zones by country, including a "rest of world" zone, inside shipping profiles; add custom profiles for products that ship differently.
• Rate types: flat rate, free shipping, price-based and weight-based, each with optional minimum and maximum order price or weight, a transit time and a note under the option.
• Carrier rates from a rate card you enter (price per service, plus an amount per kg).
• Packages with a default size and weight.

Local delivery and pickup

• Local delivery from a location, by postal code, with a delivery fee, free delivery over an amount, a minimum order, an order cutoff time, delivery windows and instructions.
• Pickup in store with a ready-in time, pickup hours and instructions.

Delivery estimates

Set processing time, a cutoff, business days and holidays, and Soooks shows an estimated delivery date at checkout and in shipping emails.

Fulfilment

Orders are split by the location that fulfils them. From the order page you can fulfil and ship with a tracking number and link, mark an order ready for pickup or out for delivery, mark it delivered or picked up, and print a packing slip. Choose whether orders route to the fewest shipments or by location priority.

Limits

• There is no live connection to delivery companies yet: rates come from your zones and rate cards, and shipping labels are not bought through Soooks.
• Local delivery matches by postal code; delivery by distance from your location is not available at checkout yet.
