Your provider charges its own processing fees under your agreement with them. Soooks charges a separate platform fee on card and wallet orders that depends on your plan (see the pricing page), itemized on every order. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are free.

Refunds are executed at your payment provider first — only if the provider accepts does the order update. Partial refunds are supported.

Card details never touch Soooks — customers pay on your provider's hosted, PCI-compliant payment page. Provider credentials you store are encrypted and write-only.
