You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Soooks the license needed to host and display it in order to operate your store.

These terms govern your use of Soooks. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including staff members you invite.
2. The service
Soooks provides hosted commerce software: storefronts, catalog management, checkout, payment orchestration, and marketing tools. We may improve or modify features over time.
3. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the products you sell, the accuracy of your listings, fulfilling your orders, your customer service, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
4. Payments and fees
Card payments are processed by third-party providers under your own agreements with them. Soooks charges a platform fee on card and wallet orders as described on the pricing page, and none on cash on delivery or bank transfer; the fee is itemized per order and billed separately.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful products or activities, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of the service. The Acceptable Use Policy (soooks.com/acceptable-use) lists the prohibited and restricted categories, how we review stores, and how anyone can report one; it forms part of these terms.
7. Suspension and termination
You may close your store at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Placeholder: final limitation-of-liability language to be inserted by counsel.
9. Changes to these terms
We will notify merchants of material changes to these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
