Discount codes and automatic discounts
Soooks has four kinds of discount — amount off products, amount off the order, free shipping and Buy X get Y — and each can be a code customers enter at checkout or an automatic discount that applies by itself when the cart qualifies.
What you can create

| Buy X get Y | Customers buy a quantity or amount from chosen products or collections and get other items at a percentage off, an amount off or free |
Controls
- Code or automatic: type a code or generate a random one; automatic discounts need no code.
- Who can use it: all customers, customers in chosen markets or segments, or specific customers.
- Minimum requirements: a minimum order amount or number of items.
- Usage limits for codes: a total number of uses, and one use per customer.
- Active dates: a start date and time and an optional end, in your store's time zone.
- Combinations: choose whether a discount can be combined with product, order and shipping discounts. Only one shipping discount applies to an order.
- Manage them in a list: duplicate, activate or deactivate, delete, and export to CSV.
Discounts also work inside email automations: a workflow step can create a unique discount code for each customer.
Limits
- Customers can enter one discount code per order (gift cards are entered in the same field and can be used together with it).
- Codes are created one at a time; there is no bulk code generator.
