Products, variants and inventory

Soooks stores can list unlimited products, each with options such as size and colour, up to 250 variants with their own price, stock and photo, and inventory tracked by location with a history of every change.

Products and variants

• Options and variants: up to 10 options with 50 values each, and up to 250 variants per product.
• Per variant: price, compare-at price, cost, SKU, barcode, weight, stock, a photo, and whether to keep selling when it is out of stock.
• Media: photos (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF) and videos. Smaller copies of every photo are made automatically, and a built-in image editor can crop, resize and remove backgrounds.
• Custom fields (metafields) for details such as ingredients, materials or specifications, and custom content types (metaobjects).
• Collections chosen by hand or kept up to date automatically by conditions.

Inventory

• See what is available, reserved and incoming, by location.
• Adjust stock with a reason — restock, received, count correction — and see the full history of adjustments.
• Manage several locations (2 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 10 on Scale), each able to fulfil online orders, offer pickup or local delivery.

Import and export

On the Growth and Scale plans, import products from a CSV file — or a ZIP with the images — with a mapping step and an issues report before anything is saved, and export all, selected or filtered products to CSV.

Limits

• Import supports up to three options per product.
• Moving stock between locations is not available in the admin yet.
