Payment provider fees
Charged by your card provider under your own agreement with them — Soooks doesn't set, collect or mark up these fees. Card revenue settles directly into your provider account.
Soooks platform fee — 0.5% to 1.5%
A platform fee of 0.5% to 1.5% applies to card and wallet orders, depending on your plan. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are free. It is billed to you separately — never deducted from your provider payout.
Every card and wallet order shows the fee amount in your admin, so your books and ours always agree.
