Refund
A refund returns some or all of what a customer paid for an order, usually after a return, a cancellation or a problem with the order.
For card payments, the refund goes back to the customer's card through the payment provider. For cash on delivery or bank transfer, the store pays the money back itself, by transfer or in cash.

Card and wallet refunds — full or partial — are sent to your provider first, and recorded only if the provider accepts them. The platform fee is reduced in proportion.
