Store themes and the visual theme editor

Every Soooks store is built on a theme from the Theme Store — free and premium designs, each with a live demo store — that you change in a visual editor: add, move and hide sections and blocks, set colours and fonts, and see the result on your real store before you publish.

Choosing a theme

The Theme Store has free themes and premium themes, many with several styles made for different kinds of store. Every style opens as a live demo you can click through, so you can try the product page and cart on your phone before you choose. New stores start without a theme, so the first step is picking one.

The editor

• Live preview on desktop, tablet and phone, with every page type: home, product, collection, page, blog, blog post, cart, account, search and 404.
• Sections and blocks you can add, reorder, duplicate, hide and remove, plus a header, footer and storewide overlays such as a popup.
• Theme settings for colours, fonts and the details each theme offers.
• Save a draft, publish when ready, or schedule publishing for later. Share a preview link of an unpublished theme.
• Version history: take snapshots, compare versions and restore an earlier one.

For developers

Edit the theme's code in the browser — a file tree with search, validation and asset upload — or export a theme as a ZIP and import it again.

Limits

• A premium theme's export can only be imported back into the same store.
