Your data, your call.
Ask for a copy of your personal data or for its erasure. Who answers depends on who holds it, so start with where you stand.
You have a Soooks account
Soooks holds your account details (name, email, sign-in methods, devices) to run the service for you. You can get a copy, close your account or have your personal data erased.
Fastest when signed in: Settings → Privacy and data. Or use the form below.
You shopped at a store that runs on Soooks
That store decides what it keeps about you and why. Soooks stores it on the store's behalf and acts on the store's instructions, so the store answers your request.
Signed in to the store: your account → Personal information → Your data. Or use the form below and we pass your request to the store.
A store's payment, delivery or advertising providers
Card processors, couriers and ad platforms a store uses hold their own records under their own policies. Neither Soooks nor the store can erase those for you.
Ask the store which providers it uses, then contact them directly.

What is kept, and why
- Records of orders, payments, refunds and invoices stay as long as accounting, tax and dispute rules require. On erasure, the person's name, contact details and street address are removed from them.
- A record that a request was made and carried out is kept, without the personal data it concerned.
- Backups cannot be edited. Erased data leaves them when they expire, within about a month.
